Bhairaj Maharjan has completed BFA from Lalit Kala Fine Arts Campus and is a member of Kasthamandap Artist Group. Like the rest of the members of Kashtamandap Artist Group, he was also trained with late Prashanta Shrestha. Maharjan has also worked as a member of Young Artist Group, Nepal Association of Fine Arts as well as the treasurer of the Artist Society of Nepal.
